The purchase price was £59,000,000 which reflected a net initial yield of approximately 5.85% for the long leasehold interest.
The building is one of the most prominent buildings in Birmingham and totals approximately 258,500 sq.ft on a site of approximately 4 acres.
The ground floor comprises a Tesco supermarket of 91,000 sq.ft with multi-let offices above and a large multi-storey car park to the rear of the building.
