Acting on behalf of Karlin Real Estate, the investment was bought for a net figure of £6,100,000.
The property comprises a 101,386 sqft high bay distribution unit let to Simmonds Transport until December 2021 and a separate three storey office building of 27, 298 sq.ft let to Cap Gemini until July 2017.
